How to protect banknotes

As we mention before the condition of world banknotes is one of the most important thing which shows us the value of your collection. When you buy the banknote and get it , from that moment it is in your responsibility to protect it or to store it in a proper way , because if you are not doing it it means that you start loosing money already . Please keep your hands clean to avoid fingerprints , and be kind to banknotes.

Banknotes don’t like , direct sunlight, very high humidity, air pollution, liquids ,salt air, and temperature extremes.

The first common known way to store banknotes is using a folder. It is the best and safest way i believe to store your banknotes. You can put your banknotes in your folder as the way you like to .So they will be safe in the album and not loosing any condition which  means not loosing any value . 

But some of the people likes to check banknotes again and again in a closer way , by holding them with their hands , well as it is an investment also it is a hobby and collectors likes to spend time on the banknotes , checking them carefully , so at this point sometimes folders can be hard to put in and out one bye one . So you can just use Mylar Holders where you can find online easily. But still you should save them on a proper way , they should not be bend , not to be broken , not to be damaged. 

Please don’t attempt to “clean” a banknote or use an eraser on it. That could make the situation much worse then it is . Also, don’t try to repair any tears with cellophane tape as it will damage the note .
