Yes there is a standard insurance given for every registered mail shipment . In case of any loss or damage at the shipment we will be here to do all the necessary process. We have enough experince to solve the problem in case of any loss. Also please note that our company will be standing with your side in case of any loss and will do everything to satisfy you with your order.
No you dont have to take it from post office. With normal conditions the shipment must arrive to adress you provided to us.
Our team will prepare your shipment in 3 business days after your payment . Then we will provide you a tracking number for Registered Mail after shipment . With this number you can track your pack and follow your shipment step by step.
In international shipments , when the pack is shipped and leaves the country of shipper , there is sometimes a possiblity of no movement about 15 days . This is the time when your pack arrived to your country and waiting its turn in customs to enter the country . You should not do anything about it and just kindly we have to be patience. Sometimes the customs have a lot work to do then usual and we can not do anything about it (Like Black Friday or Holiday Seasons)
